Terms & Conditions
The following Terms & Conditions apply to the use of this website and all order placed with us. Please read carefully and contact us if you have any questions.
Shipping & Delivery
UK & EU Shipping for all items is calculated at the checkout and will usually take between 3-5* days to deliver after the item has been shipped. If, for any reason this is not the case, we will inform you as soon as possible.
*Estimated shipping times are not exact and may vary.
We will normally send your items within 4 working days. If your item is not in stock, we will contact you by e-mail with an estimated delivery date.
Returns & Replacements
We believe that you should be completely happy with the product that you have bought. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied, you can contact us within 7 days to arrange the return of your item. Once your item is returned in it's original packaging and unused and at your own expense, we will refund the cost of the item, excluding any postage costs. This does not affect your statutory rights.
All our items are checked before dispatch to make sure that they are of the highest quality. If your item is faulty for any reason, then please contact us within 7 days to arrange a replacement. Once we have received the faulty item, a replacement will be send. The postage for this replacement is free of charge. If you would prefer a refund for faulty goods the full amount, excluding shipping costs will be returned.
Ordering
You will be sent an e-mail confirming receipt of your order. We reserve the right to decline any order. All orders are accepted subject to our Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Payment & Pricing
All product prices are in British Pounds Sterling (£), Euros (€) or US Dollars ($), you can select the currency you wish to view in the online catalogue. All prices are displayed including VAT at the current UK rate and exclusive of delivery charges. If you are ordering from outside the EU, the EU VAT will be deducted from the cost of your order during the checkout process
We reserve the right to change any advertised price before accepting an order. Prices with a marked United Kingdom recommended retail price (UK RRP) refer to prices the manufacturer recommends goods are sold at in the UK market, or prices that retailers within the UK market are currently offering the same product.
All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a refund for the unavailable product(s).
Payment can be made using Visa, Mastercard, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, JCB, Maestro. Payment will be debited to your account before despatch of your purchase. We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from us.
Payments are also taken through PayPal and Google Checkout third party gateways. If you select these methods during the shopping cart or checkout process you will directed to their site to complete your payment.
Order Cancellation
Except during busy periods, orders are normally despatched within 2 working days of receipt of the order by us. If you wish to cancel BEFORE we have despatched your goods, you must do so by email as soon as possible after placing your order. If your order has not been sent, it will be cancelled and there will be no charge.
If you change your mind and cancel AFTER your order has been sent to you or after receiving the goods the following procedures apply:
1. When you receive your order, as per the EU Distance Selling Directive, you have a "cooling off period" of 7 days to return the ordered products if you have changed your mind and wish to cancel. The goods must be returned unused, unopened and in the same condition as they were originally despatched. We will not accept for exchange or refund any item which has been used or is not in the exact condition in which it was despatched by us.
2. You must contact us by phone to confirm which items are being returned. You will be requested to return the goods by second class post (we recommend you get Proof of Posting) and will be required to pay the cost of returning the goods. There will be no refund of the cost of returning the goods. Any free gifts associated with an item must be returned at the same time. Please return them to the address at the bottom of the page along with a note of your details and the reason for return. Refunds will be made to the original charged account within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.
These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
It is always helpful to know why you have changed your mind and cancelled an order we encourage feedback and if there is anything we can do to improve your experience in the future, please let us know.
Product Information
Some products may have an associated image or photo, these are for reference only and should be considered illustrative. In the case of unboxed items or testers the price of the equivalent regular goods may be shown for reference only.
Due to the nature of our stock some items are changed without notice due to updates, stock changes & seasonal products. If a product has been ordered that has been replaced the equivelant product will be sent in it's place.
We guarantee that all advertised products are 100% genuine, but to find the best prices for our customers we may occasionally sell stock originally intended for sale in other countries around the world, this means that trade names of products and packaging of products may differ from those on sale in the UK. These details will be identified clearly against the product description.
